All fine, but small bathroom

The cabin felt cozy and well-stocked. I loved having a kitchenette since I only used the coffee pot and fridge. Assigned parking made unloading super easy. I enjoyed the breakfast. it had a good variety and staff replenished everything quickly. The room was clean, but the mattress sank in the middle, making it uncomfortable at times. I also found the bathroom area a bit cramped. Cold weather made the heating feel inadequate. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly staff, just a few improvements needed in mattress quality and bathroom space.

The Big Hole BBQ was a total slam dunk—those smoky flavors had my taste buds doing a happy dance! And the free breakfast had delish potatoes that were pure comfort in the morning. The indoor/outdoor pool? Absolutely epic after a long day of exploring Jackson!

However, it was hard to ignore the dated and dirty vibe in the room. The pillows were lumpy, and I swear I found sticky sheets. For almost 500 bucks a night, I expected way better—breakfast was just standard hotel fare.

We really enjoyed our stay in a spacious cabin that came equipped with a kitchenette and a lovely sitting area. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby shops and the cleanliness of our cabin exceeded expectations, providing a true home-away-from-home feel. I do wish there was an on-site breakfast option, but we found a great place just a short walk away!

The cabin we stayed in had a small kitchen which was perfect after a long day skiing, made our own meals and didn’t need to venture out into the cold. Plus, the staff was friendly and understanding when we had to check-in late due to flight issues, they made it easy for us.

The loft rooms with three queen beds offer plenty of space for families, and the complimentary hot chocolate and fresh cookies in the lobby provide that cozy touch. The grounds include a nice green area with a playground, perfect for keeping the kids entertained while you enjoy some downtime.

Plumbing issues are a real concern, with noise from water rushing through old pipes likely to wake anyone who goes to bed early. The buildings lack proper maintenance. footsteps from the upstairs rooms echo loudly, making it hard to ignore the hustle and bustle above. Also, locating building numbers is tricky, leading to some unnecessary driving around. Just a heads up, there isn't an elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up two flights without prior notification. Lastly, my room had a running toilet, and the bathroom felt cramped, which wasn't what I expected for the price.
